"This is to certify, that the Bill Lawrence SwampKaster guitars are made and endorsed by Jzchak Wajcman the original owner and founder of the 1965 Bill Lawrence Guitar pickup Company (Lawrence Electrosound). All Pickups are the Original Traditional Bill Lawrence Pickups made in California USA. Wajcman is the sole legal owner of the trademark “Bill Lawrence” for use on Musical products. And the one and only exclusive source for the manufacture of all Bill Lawrence pickups.

Bill Lawrence Trademark/Disclaimer The Bill Lawrence trademark dose not identify a “Service Mark” or a living individual” Jzchak Wajcman dba Bill Lawrence USA, is not associated with the designer Bill Lawrence since 1984.

They are also the same pickups used by hundreds of great guitarist including Roy Buchanan, Joe Perry, Keith Richards and Stevie Ray Vaughan.     

5 year Warranty For a period of 5 years from date of purchase, Bill Lawrence Company will repair or replace the unit FREE OF CHARGE, because of possible manufacturing defect. Damage due to abuse or unauthorized tampering void the warranty. Any Bill Lawrence Products that is authorized for return from customer after invoiced for shipping, may be subject to a restocking charge for 15% or a minimum of $15 if product is returned freight prepaid within 21 days of shipment.

"SwampKaster" is a trade name legally owned by Jzchak Wajcman  

"Black Label"  is a trade name legally owned by Jzchak Wajcman  

"Bill Lawrence" is a trade name legally owned by Jzchak Wajcman .                                                                 

In 1965 Jzchak Wajcman founded the original Bill Lawrence Guitar Pickup company  (Lawrence Electro Sound).                                                                                                                                     

On June 25^th 1984 all of the rights, titles, and interest in the trade name “Bill Lawrence” and Lawrence Products, and any derivation thereof, were sold, transferred, delivered and quitclaimed to “Degalim Inc." The sale and transfer was made pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Paragraph 47-9-504. On 3/22/85 Third National Bank in Nashville TN and Degalim Inc. assigned the trade Name “Bill Lawrence” to Jzchak Wajcman.
